LET’S GO BOOKCHIGO!
If there is a wonderland of books, this is it!
While driving home from a Tagaytay trip, we remembered to look out for this place. As recommended by some of our friends. Its humble storefront did not prepare us for the trove of books inside. We swiftly split up in search of something interesting, while our son explored the nooks and crannies of this maze like store. We left the store with dictionaries, reference books, and a few nice stories. Around ten books, all neatly tied in a jute string. All those for the price of a regular brand new book.

Sure, these books are second hand, some pages may be worn but not torn. But the knowledge inside is brand new for us, and that’s what matters.
So if you’re in the area of Emilio Aguinaldo highway, going up or coming down from Tagaytay, drive slowly if you see Unioil, or Cafe Dalgona, and look for the stores BOOK PER KILO and of course, BOOKCHIGO!
