Hands of Surrender
At the beginning of every year, the church I attend to sets aside a week devoted to prayer and fasting. Whether it is for the self, or others, or for the country, it is said to be wise to put first things first, a heart that is right with God. On some of these days I take time to shoot. Finding scenes of fervent prayer inspires me. Rizal and Rain – Thank You 2015
It has been a personal tradition for me to do a quick photowalk around Roxas boulevard to catch the last sunset of the year, then after that I head off to the family dinner. Last night as I was walking back to my car I decided to do a last shot at the Rizal monument along with the dramatic lights around it. In a few minutes the rain began to pour, but that only made the scene more interesting and favorable for me.
